Hard Drive Data Retrieval
Tried to turn on my Dell Inspiron 8300 series laptop and it makes loud clicking noise so I am assuming the hard drive died. Can the data be retrieved form that hard drive? How long would it take to retrieve data and what would cost be?

LG Blu Ray drive not recognized by Windows 10
I have a PowerSpec G225, the drive works with DVD's but not Blu Ray disks, I have uninstalled the drivers and re booted a number of times, I have a Samsung drive that is doing the same thing.
