Just built PC shows lights but no fans going

So I’m really hoping someone can help me. My friend walked me through building a PC and everything seemed fine until the end when I plugged it in. The lights in my Meshify C case turned on but the fans did not. I checked the ASRock B450 motherboard layout and made sure everything was plugged into the correct place. I’ve seen the reddit post about only lights turning on but the solutions there did not help. I am hoping someone here might have some tips or have solved the issue themselves. Anything would be appreciated!
