Issue w/New Build - ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus M/B doesn't boot

After all components the only activity seen when i power-up is RBC lights on the back of the motherboard. No activity from fans (including CPU), no Q-LEDs (diagnostics), or anything. i do get an "On" light from the Video card.

Case: Fractal Design Define S2

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

M/B: ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus 

Video Card: ASUS  ROC STRIX RX5500 XT

PSU: Corsair RM850X

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 32GB (2x16)

First thing I would do is make the build as simple as possible. Lets  disconnect all the modular cables from the system that we don't absolutely need. Leave only the 24 pin and 8 pin CPU connected. Don't worry about the GPU, it'll give us a warning if PCIe power isn't connected, but at least we'll know we can POST. Verify your PWR_SW header is on the correct pins. F_PANEL, top row, pins 3-4 from left to right. Let us know what you get. Also note if you see a fan start to spin then stop.

Did you ever solve this Dece? I have exactly the same problem. Using a 3100 on the Tuf X570 Plus. Just the vanity Aura lights on, no post, no fans  and no Q leds.
