VGA white light showing up on Asus rog strix b350-f mobo

When I try to boot now, a white light labled vga lights up on my mobo, how do I get it to boot, and fix it.

Did you already go through all the steps in that guide? It can be some hardware that is not seated properly or a PSU cable is not connected all the way. -
Thank you guys for the help, ended up that I needed to clean off the pcie connector teeth thingies on my graphics card.
