How to get a repair quote?
I brought in my Lenovo laptop (just out of manufacturer warranty) to the Overland Park, KS store. The computer doesn't charge anymore (the USB-C charge port is not working anymore). The diagnosis was that my USB ports are bad and I will need a new Motherboard. But Microcenter won't give me a repair quote on a microcenter letter that I can run by my extended warranty company to get approval for repairs. MicroCenter reps just tell me how much it will be and don't want to spend any time putting it in writing. How can an official Lenovo repair center not provide you with a written repair quote?
If someone from MicroCenter wants to help, I can bring the laptop in again.
Thanks for your help.
