LENOVO support garbage- stop codes advice and support needed.

this laptop has undergone 4 tech visits by lenovo - screen, motherboard, software, new hard drive

Now...

I need some advice on next steps for stop codes.

giving up on lenovo service

VIDEO_DXGKRNL_ERROR

I can google - I get the below. This is only happening when I try to play games. graphics-heavy games.

I have deleted and reinstalled and updated Nvidia and windows graphics drivers.

No dice. Same problem. Even got a new code to mix it up.

Stop Code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Zoom works, basic online games such as Catan etc work. the internet works. I can watch HBO and all that. Games - breaks it.

Lenovo - have been rubbish - it's under warranty.

The computer's built in processes identify a memory issue - windows finds no problem with the hardware.

Help much appreciated.
