Hello, I have an LG monitor purchased from the Overland Park, KS location in February that has quit working. LG requires a receipt to repair/replace under warranty; I followed the instructions to create an Insider account to retrieve a copy of said receipt, but there is no order history (I imagine because the in-store purchase occurred prior to the account being activated). Is there a way to obtain a copy of the receipt without having to go to the store in-person (which would be a multiple hour drive)?
