My PC has been having this problem for a day now and I don't know what caused it
I have tried ram re seating and unintalling then reinstalling the cpu (I do not have a GPU) but it hasn't helped and its stuck on this screen when I boot)

Greetings, does this issue continue when trying another cable from PC to monitor, or when trying another monitor?

The problem has been resolved, it was apparently the hdmi channel
