Pc restarts

So I know there are answers for this in other ways but I changed my cpu cooler to a liquid one because I got the new i9 5900x processor and I can run some games perfectly but when I try to open call of duty it restarts my pc as soon as it opens idk if it is my power supply maybe not giving enough power I have a 650 but also have an ex 6700xt
