My Apex 7 needed an RMA, so I opened a ticket with SteelSeries last week. Did the troubleshooting, sent the photos, sent the receipt.
Support came back with: "We are so sorry to inform your product is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty through SteelSeries directly. Although the vendor you purchased from has sold you the device, they are not an authorized re-seller. They will have to go to their distributor to handle any RMA claims."
Is this actually true that Microcenter is not an authorized reseller? If so, how do I get Microcenter to fulfill their legal obligation to replace the keyboard under warranty?
