Purchasing a new motherboard

I am comparing a few motherboards and noticed under BIOS settings there are different types, I would like to know the difference between them.
192 (128+64) Mb Flash ROM, UEFI AMI BIOS and
256Mb AMI UEFI Bios

I will be getting a intel processor probably most current gen

In theory 256mb holds more settings and tweaks, but in real life usage you probably wont notice them.
