I don't know who Ian is but the communication here sucks!!! Your answer to solve your defective app for WD Readyview is terrible!! We all know how to uninstall and reinstall an app. And we keep our iPad's up to date. So now what is your fix for this problem that your company has created. I cannot access my cameras from my iPad since this corrupt app was installed in my iPad BY YOU! You need to come up with a new app to correct this problem with the iPad App!!!
