I just purchased a new Powerspec G470, but when I turn it on and connect to the monitor, the monitor gets no signal. I've tried multiple monitors and several different cables, both HDMI and DisplayPort, all connected to the graphics card but no success.
Lights on the motherboard are on but the graphics card is not lighting up. Fans are also not turning on and mouse plugged in is not lighting up.
Anybody have an idea of what could be going on or how to fix? Thanks!
Stats below:
All the things not running are not getting power from the motherboard. I would take it in if you lack the skills to read the board codes and do manual diagnostics mechanics like checking board connections and the like. If you bought a pre built I assume this kind of issue is definitely not for you to attempt a fix and you should not have to, its part of why you buy a pre built.
Good luck

There are a set of debug LED's on the to right of the board. Which color is lit?
I have exactly the same issue. Pretty colors and now just a door stop. Any answers that seemed to help? None of the Q-LED’s error codes are lit. What gives?
Have you pressed the power button on top of the white case on the G470? No offense but I didn’t see it at all because it blends in with the white color. That solved my problem. Dumb me!
