I'm Bob sometimes known as Natural Bob in music circles.
One year after purchasing my HP Pavilion laptop I'm getting an email saying that my Norton Antivirus subscription was renewed, but we didn't order that. I don't know if calling the phone number will be a way to straighten this out or to get hooked by a phishing scheme. The message is coming from someone named Juvlein Wyatt.

Greetings. I'd suggest reviewing your credit card / bank statements to see if you have any charges from Norton before calling a number that appears in your email, especially if you don't use Norton for your antivirus. If you don't have any charges, it's a scam attempt and I would not bother calling the number.
