Can I use a passport as ID for purchasing a GPU?
I want to buy an rtx 3060ti and only have a passport at the moment. Can I use it to buy the GPU?

You're welcome to visit your closest Micro Center and speak with management to see if they are able to find an alternative for your unique situation, and that is what I'd recommend doing.
