    I am posting e-mails sent to your Paterson, NJ location for your perusal:  

    -Personal details, including customer name, address, email and phone numbers removed by Staff-

    Finally, on 11/21, I picked up my laptop together with a backup of the data and a bill for $149.99. Micro Center only did the backup because they were supposed to increase the GB from 4 to 8 GB. They did not do this and I am due a refund for the amount paid. As you can see by my e-mails and the contact with your personnel in the Paterson, NJ office, I was not treated favorably as a new customer should be! I brought my laptop to Micro Center and did not receive any service for which i should be billed
