Black screen monitors and fans go loud/fast when tower bumped or playing games etc

bought this prebuilt PC from microcenter a year ago. anyone know whats the issue? basically, whenever i slightly bump my pc, the monitors go black screen and the fans go loud but the computer is still on (can hear audio). need to force restart for it to come back. i tried taking apart the PC and checking the connections/cables for the monitors and inside the case, but i think everything is attached correctly.
