Open box Logitech powerplay System missing power core

So I purchased an open box Logitech wireless powerplay system the only thing listed missing at the time was the box but when I got home I realized it was also missing the power core which is needed for it to work so I was wondering how I would go about obtaining this item as it was not listed as missing from the label.
