What happened to Online Chat customer support?

Just curious what happened to it because I loved using it because it was a lot more convenient for me to use since it allowed me to get replies quicker then using emails and such. Anyone know what happened to it and if it will ever come back?

Thank you for contacting micro center. we do still offer our online chat support but they have been very busy so their may be a wait to speak with a consultants. Is there a question i can try to assist you with?

I do see the buttons to access online chat support, but they actually don't do anything, sometimes it will show that hand cursor thing when something is clickable but when you click it does nothing, on some pages it doesn't even do that

Do you have an adblocker running on your browser?

Sometimes browser extensions like an ad block or otherwise will interfere with the chat element.

Oh thank you! It was my Adblock that disabled the chat
