Is it still possible to get a invoice?

Friend got scammed off marketplace trading 3060Ti for a EVGA 3060Ti FTW3 that was apparently purchased from Microcenter. 3060Ti FTW3 wouldn't post and debug LED shows up. Figured it was bricked. Checked the warranty on EVGA's website and its still up for RMA but would need an invoice or receipt. Since it was traded we don't have a receipt and the guy he traded with blocked him so no invoice help from him. Is it possible to get a second hand invoice for proof of purchase to RMA it if we still have the box with the serial number?

Im in a very similar situation as Mud22. Bought and Intel Core i9 9900k and did not work. its still under warranty and I would love to get it replaced. Just need proof of purchase. the processors box has the barcode for microcenter and all the processors batch number and serials
