I purchased this product on Amazon and was told that MicroCenter is both the seller and the manufacturer. I am looking to get warranty support due to the random failures and errors I am getting with this drive. I only use it to have Steam installed with as many games I can load on it. Random times the drive disappears and requires me turning the computer off and back on sometimes a few times in order to get it to reappear again. Thank you in advance for your valuable time in assisting me with resolution to my problem.
is this not where to get support from microcenter? i was directed here when i called there support line while waiting on hold.
