20 New AMD Ryzen 6000 Series Processors
Built on 6nm Zen 3+ core architecture, the new AMD Ryzen 600 Series Processors are designed to be absolute powerhouses in the notebook space. Featuring AMD RDNA 2 architecture-based integrated graphics, the 6000 Series is the "fastest Ryzen mobile processor experience ever."
- The AMD Ryzen 6000 U-Series is designed to hit the perfect sweet spot of performance and efficiency in compact laptops
- The AMD Ryzen 6000 H-Series is more focused on power, offering great support for gaming and content creation
- The 6000 series supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 with LE audio, PCI Gen 4, and LPDDR5 memory.
- Launching February 2022, with 200 AMD Ryzen 6000 powered laptops expected by end of the year.
New Desktop Processors
For the desktop computer enthusiasts out there, AMD came out swinging with two big announcements: the Ryzen 7 5800X3D and Ryzen 7000 Series processors
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- Utilizes AMD 3D V-Cache technology for "the world's fastest gaming experience"
- Uses AMD's Socket AMD
- Available spring 2022
Ryzen 7000 Series
- Zen 4 core
- 5nm process node
- New socket: AM5
- Support for DDR5
- Available second half of 2022
10 New GPUs for Mobile and Desktop
AMD isn't just introducing new mobile processors this year, announcing a whopping ten new GPUs!
- The AMD Radeon RX 6000S series is getting three new GPUs, designed for portable and powerful gaming laptops
- AMD Radeon RX 6000M is getting five new cards for high-end, high-power gaming laptops
- The AMD Radeon RX 6500XT and Radeon RX 6400 are built with 1080p gaming in mind, designed for AAA and esports titles
New AMD Software Updates
Lastly, AMD has a big year planned for its software as well, including updates to AMD Adrenaline, AMD Advantage Framework and AMD Smart Technologies.
- AMD Adrenaline Edition: A forthcoming update will include AMD Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) - a driver-based upscaling tool that will boost visuals in "thousands of games"
- AMD Advantage Framework and AMD Smart Technologies: Recent updates (and future updates with the release of the AMD Ryzen 6000 Series) have placed a major emphasis on improving performance and responsiveness, including increasing battery life and improving gaming performance. These updates are thanks to improvements for AMD SmartShift Max, AMD SmartShift Eco, and AMD Smart Access Graphics technologies.

I don't know if you saw a different Livestream than the one I watched, but the 5800X3D does not support DDR5. They can't magically add DDR5 support to an existing platform without changing both the motherboard pin assignments as well as board design to accommodate the new PMIC power delivery. It's still an AM4 based DDR4 controller. AMD confirms this on their website: https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-7-5800x3d
Also, if I had $1 for everytime you used the word "powerhouse" in one of your articles, I would be able to afford a modern-priced GTX 1650, which isn't a good card, but still weird nonetheless.
