Old order receipt retrieval possible?

I bought a Glorious Model D mouse in August and have had issues, it is not under micro centers warranty but Glorious requires proof of purchase for RMA and I do not have the physical receipt and I cannot find it tied to my email. Can the receipt be retrieved or am I out of luck? I can provide purchase information like store, date etc. from bank statement if required.
