Questionable Email Practices
Recently, I received an email stating that my shopping cart had been "reserved" and showing an item that I had looked at.
After clicking the link to view my cart, the cart showed empty.
I went as far as logging into my account manually and guess what, the cart was still empty.
I find this practice of falsely claiming "reserved" cart contents to be misleading and deceitful.
It also causes one to wonder about any other questionable business practices that MicroCenter might be participating in.
