Greetings. Are you referring to an in-store purchase of ESET or an online purchase?

The license key would be found on your physical receipt if purchased in-store, or in your order confirmation email if purchased online. The key will always start with USA if purchased from Micro Center, it will be a set of 20 letters, numbers plus dashes.
