I just purchased an HP 24uh 24-inch LED Backlit Monitor. How to tilt?

The stand is tilting the monitor forward and does not seem to move back. How do I get it to tilt back. Is the stand defective? The specifications state the monitor should tilt.

I did not purchase the product from Micro Center, but am interested in purchasing a replacement part that possible?

I'm not seeing tilt information listed in HP's product specs for this. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04513492

We do not sell replacement stands for monitors, the only thing we'd have is monitor mounts for VESA mount compatible monitors.
