FedEx Order Question

Same issue here, ordered 1.9.22 got a ship notice on the 9th for two day shipping and my case still sits un-shipped in Columbus. Tracking issued, order complete. Called the number given and the rep Missy told me she doesn’t know why and offered no other help to find a resolution. She was very apprehensive as though she was expecting me to start yelling at her keeping a very guarded demeanor. I’d just like to know when I should expect my case to be shipped as it is stalling my build and I would like to get it done. It’s why I paid twice the shipping costs to have it on today the 12th.
