Unknowing if psu is enough

Those are vastly different 'grades' of cards. The GT30 is fine, recommended PSU is 300W.
For the GTX 780 the recommendation is 550W.

I agree with TSMikeW - the 1030 should be fine.
The 780 would probably also be ok, but we would need a full overview of your system build to have a better idea.

Thank you guys I think 1030 it is! Unfortunately there is no beach marking or testing on the games I play. SCS Software American/ Euro Truck Simulator, and Real Flight 9.5

I know the truck sims aren't the most graphically intensive games, you would be able to run that with a 1030 depending on processor, it may not be the highest settings possible but it should be able to run it decently.

Then card would you recommend if they aren't graphicly intensive for best graphic experience?
