Not able to Activate and Install ESET Antivirus Trial

Hi - just bought a PowerSpec 229 a couple months ago and the system is not allowing me to activate my ESET Antivirus Trial. Thanks in advance.

Greetings. What is the error message you are receiving?

Thanks - I think it was telling me to contact ESET directly. My PC graphics card is getting serviced at MicroCenter at the moment, so when I get it back I will post back with the exact error message. Thanks again.
