Hi-

In the process of a new build and ran into an issue. My Rogstrix B550A motherboard will not recognize my rkroyal kludge keyboard and I’m not sure why. Would anyone know or have heard of this issue before? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Greetings, does this issue occur in each USB port on your system? Does the keyboard work fine when plugged in to a different desktop or laptop computer?
