Motherboard help

In the process of a new build and ran into an issue. My Rogstrix B550A motherboard will not recognize my rkroyal kludge keyboard and I’m not sure why. Would anyone know or have heard of this issue before? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Try FN+Space to reset the keyboard. Try FN+TAB to toggle out of and back into wired mode. See if that gets it working for you.
