Is the Dallas Service desk still open?
WTF is going on? You can't call anybody (option 3 just hangs up on you after ringing), all texts go unanswered. They took my deposit and have now disappeared.

Greetings. I am sorry for the trouble reaching the store, yes the store and and all departments are still open, I know some of our stores have been quite low on staff recently and typically will be working with customers who are actively inside the store.
I do see you were in contact with our chat team this afternoon who was able to pass your information directly to the knowledge manager for further assistance with your repair request.
