Looking to upgrade PC, looking for part suggestion.
I'm interested in upgrading my current pc (See parts list below) - Ideally I would love to be able to play some more modern games, Cyberpunk would be the ideal top I'm looking to run, but really if I could just play currently released games at a mid-level graphics smoothly I'd be happy. Other than that I do use my PC for digital art and video editing, so having enough memory and power to run these programs and games smoothly is what I'm most interested in.
I currently have 2 monitors, though I would like to be able to run 3 (So I can connect my digital tablet without having to unplug a monitor would be nice).
my budget would roughly be around 1000, but the cheaper the better if its possible. I'm very new to this and don't know just how outdated my rig is and what can be salvaged.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G, Raven Ridge 14nm Technology
RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel Unknown (17-17-17-39) Memory slots
Total memory slots: 4
Used memory slots:1
Free memory slots: 3
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B450 AORUS M (AM4)
Graphics: HP VH240a (1920x1080@59Hz) ,Sceptre E20 (1600x900@60Hz), 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics (Gigabyte)
Storage: 232GB Western Digital WDS250G2X0C-00L350 (Unknown (SSD))
Optical Drives: No optical disk drives detected
Audio: AMD High Definition Audio Device]
- I would also need wifi compatibility as my current home does not have Ethernet - I'm currently using a wifi usb which is actually working quite well.
And I just have regular logitec mouse and keyboard which work fine for me and two monitors i'm happy with. So peripherals I'm covered.
My case is an in-win - about 18' x 17' x 7', it looks like it has a good bit of room in it, but in all honest I don't know much of what I'm talking about.
Thank you!

Greetings.
You'd probably be best off just building new with the parts you have listed but you might be able to re-use the case.
With this, I put together the following which is just a little out of your price range but would have a very solid graphics card in it for the price.
