Does the no return of headphone policy apply to unopened headphones like the apple airpod max?

Bought them, got home and right into date night. So no time to try new toy. Fast forward a few hours and surfing the net while watching Netflix’s and found a smoking deal on some closed back Focals. Want to return the AirPods but bit no return sticker on it. Hoping unopened gets a pass

Greetings. Yes, this applies to all types of headphones. A manager at your local store may be able to make an exception, but it would be up to management directly in-store.
