I signed up for the Creality Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer Coupon a couple hours ago but still have not received the coupon. I am a new customer and it is not in my spam folder. I tried to sign up for the coupon again but it says a coupon has already been sent. What should I do?
We are currently experiencing an outage with the service we use to deliver coupons through text. If you have submitted a coupon request they should go through like normal once service is restored. At this time we do not have an ETA, but we are working to resolve the issue.

You would need to sign up for the coupon via social media advertisement if you see it. We do not have a way to link you to the promo, I am sorry.
Hey, I just encountered the same issue saw the ad on FB and thought to sign up since I will be traveling and going to be near one of your stores, but I never received an email or text, and when I text HELP to the number that is under the signup I get the automated response. So I tried to re-signup, saying that I have already received the coupon, but couldn't see it in my email (spam or inbox) or text.
