My order is missing from order history

Yesterday night, I created my account and submitted an order for Lian Li XL White version. It asked for my credit card, address and showed the order as "pending" in Order history last night.

Today morning, the order history is empty. Also, my address book is empty as if I never did the order. What should I do?

We are experiencing widespread outages with various systems at this time that started occurring late on February 1st. I would check again on another day and see if the order appears in your account as they should process once available.

Thanks Ian. I got order confirmation email just now. And now, it started showing up too. I was worried as I was in a limbo mode about the order. Now its confirmed. Thanks for the prompt response. Appreciate it.
