atari-32gb-micro-sd and Pi 4

I purchased https://www.microcenter.com/product/627545/atari-32gb-micro-sd and all I get with a Raspberry pi 4 is failure to boot with a message "this board needs newer software." I have not tried with a Pi 3. Can you tell me what to do to get this to work with a pi 4?

If I remember correctly, that SD card will only work with the Pi 3. It has the older version of Retro Pi on it. For a while there had only been work arounds for Retro Pi for the Pi 4 and it wasn't until fairly recently that a full release came out for it
