I purchased the MAINGEAR FORMA R MK II Gaming Chair with Adjustable Lumbar - Gray/ White 1/14/2021 from the St. Louis Park, MN Microcenter and still have the recept. The armrest does not lock anymore and you can hear the broken component inside the armrest. The chair has a 5 year warranty under Maingear policy, I contacted Maingear and they noted that I need to return for exchange at Microcenter. I was just looking to get a replacment arm sent, not a whole chair. Do I just bring this assembled chair to Microcenter for a swap? They dont carry the white/gray version anymore or at least it's not in stock. Do I just have to take a different color of whatever is in stock and that was at the same price at time of purchase?

You're welcome to bring it into the store to use the warranty. I do believe that it would require the whole chair. Once you arrive in the store, they can review the chair and work through getting things corrected for you.
