Hello, this is my first order from Micro Center so I'm just a bit confused. I ordered a new laptop, as well as some accessories to go along with it, and I used a new card. I didn't receive a confirmation email and the order doesn't show up in my order history, so I'm guessing it hasn't gone through? Is it just waiting for the order to be further processed, or it because it's a new account? I'm asking so I can know whether I should re order it or just wait for a follow up email.
Greetings, if your order was placed outside business hours (typically 10am-9pm), it typically won't process until the next morning. Did you receive anything this morning?
Hello Ian, thanks for responding. I believe I made the original purchase yesterday afternoon, around 2-3pm EST, and still have not received a confirmation email, and it doesn't show any orders in my Order History. I've never used micro center before so I don't know if the order went through or not,
I'm not seeing any orders under your email you registered with here, so I would try to place the order again.
Ah okay. I did try and place another order again around 11am today, and the same thing happened. I ordered everything as usual, and after putting in my card information and verifying my address, the website just said my cart was empty, but didn't give me an email, or any indications regarding my order being processed. I'll try one more time but I just hope it doesn't charge my account for all 3 orders.
