Ordered With a New Card, No Order History/Confirmation

Hello, this is my first order from Micro Center so I'm just a bit confused. I ordered a new laptop, as well as some accessories to go along with it, and I used a new card. I didn't receive a confirmation email and the order doesn't show up in my order history, so I'm guessing it hasn't gone through? Is it just waiting for the order to be further processed, or it because it's a new account? I'm asking so I can know whether I should re order it or just wait for a follow up email.
