it hasn't been used much since i bought it, but I pulled it out of the closet and the sticker is totally bubbling up on the top.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Any suggestions to fix it?
That can happen to any kind of vinyl sticker, Some people use flat plastic tools, some people are able to get bubbling out with small needles and pressure. There's plenty of You-Tube videos / guides out there on assistance with getting bubbles or weird spots out of vinyl stickers.
