Why do I get charged for no service?

Previously, I made a service reservation on Microcenter website and got charged for $43.29 inlc. tax. However, I changed my mind and I wanted to cancel the reservation the night before but there's no way to cancel it. When I clicked on "cancel reservation" link and it said "This Cancellation ID is invalid at this time." I didn't go to the appointment on that day so I received no service at all. I thought if I didn't go, I would get refunded but I still got charged. Microcenter please take a look.
