What should I do

I’m currently gaming through wireless connection of my router. I recently wanted to switch to Ethernet connection, but I can’t because the router is in the basement. It can’t be moved because there is only one lan port and it’s in the basement, and I also can’t run a big cord through my house. What should I do? I was thinking about wireless routers but I’m not sure how that works so if someone could help me I would appreciate it.

Sorry for the delay.

You could look into a powerline Ethernet adapter as it appears your router does have 4 Ethernet ports.

This is most likely the best solution without moving any devices.
