I can't install ESET internet security for my powerspec pc

Hello,

About a month and a half ago, I bought a powerspec prebuilt pc from micro center. When I turned it on, I was greeted by an activation helper that asked me to install ESET. Everything was fine until I was asked to enter my state, but it wouldn't let me put in anything. When I did this on the ESET registration site, it said that the license Key or retail Code I entered could not be found in the system. I've inserted all of my information numerous times and it still says the same thing. Help would be appreciated.
