$600 Return not being processed

I have tried calling, texting, chatting, emailing, now using this feature to see if I can get someone to answer me. I returned a printer I bought a couple of weeks ago, via FEDEX overnight because I bought it in person but am in El Paso Texas. The printer was received on Friday by the returns department , February 11 at 2 PM. Fedex# 776015599175

I haven't received a refund and the attempts I have made have not resulted in any returned phone call, return text, I only got an email asking me to rate the chat service. Every time I call, I am on hold for over 20 minutes and then it leads no where. Now after hearing for the 9th time to "you do not have to stay on hold simply go to community.microcenter.com and ask our community for help." So I am doing that.

Will I get a confirmation that I will get a refund? Will I get a refund? Do I need to fly to Denver to talk to someone?
