Won't accept card info
I'm trying to order a PC online (shipping order) but every time I put in my card info it says "The Credit Card Information entered was incorrect or invalid, please try your order again." My card is a visa and it should work. The only difference is that it is a debit card, not credit. I have tried multiple times and it does not work. I'm not sure what else to do.

I do apologize you are having issues with the credit card online. If the site is not accepting the card I would recommend contacting in to our online order group for this at 614-850-3675 and they can try to process it over the phone for you. They are open Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM
