Could I bring in and test a graphics card?

I purchased a graphics card online and currently have no system to test it with. Is it possible for me to visit my local Micro Center and ask them to test it for me? How much would the fee be, if any?

Greetings. We do not typically have a test bench available. We offer repairs/diagnostics on full PCs but not individual parts.
