Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget?

Gaming PC , i have a GPU but looking for other parts where I want to build with 12400 but there are no motherboards (B660) on NJ north store.
Would love to see the ASUS tuf mATX wifi 6 B660 or MSI mortar B660 in stock.
