Just bought a rog G15 prebuilt with r5 5600X and 3070

Bought my prebuilt about a week ago first day everything ran excellent then literally the next day all my games have really bad stutters on low setting literally getting 4 frames in warzone I'm new to PC gaming can someone help me please

I have also updated all my drivers, only thing I haven't done is a fresh install of windows currently on windows 11 if that helps

Please try a clean install of your video card drivers, here is a step by step guide on how to do this: https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/133-how-to-clean-install-video-card-drivers-in-windows-10 (Steps are same for Windows 11 if you have that)

Are you only having issues specifically with Warzone?

No it's a problem in all my games fps drops and stutters I'll try a clean install of windows and drivers and get back to you

if this is happening in all games after a clean install of Windows, there's not much more we can recommend from here unforunately as that would rule out any software issue.

Awesome and refreshing to see custom support jump in there and get their hands dirty. Great job Microcenter for doing the right thing. I can't tell you how many PC's I have built for people which are replacing "custom built' PC's ordered online from (not Micro Center) various bulk builders on other HUGE market places. It is literally a mystery box they order...not knowing what brand of GPU, what motherboard. Are you kidding me? And when things go wrong these companies vanish....
