I'm gonna start posting ideas for PCs once every week or two weeks. A $550 Micro Center build will involve refurbished parts, but will be good in quality and will also provide some better budget to performance than my $650 build. However, that means this build will not have much upgradability, besides a slightly stronger GPU and a CPU upgrade to the Intel Core i7-4770.
Dell Optiplex 9020 Desktop Off-Lease($279.99)
ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 Phoenix OC($209.99)
Solid Gear Basix 600W PSU($24.99)
This build also INCLUDES Windows 10 Pro, which means that you will save some cash on that as well :D. Hope this build gives you some inspiration on your PC builds.
Interesting build! Your build has a much newer CPU in the Intel Core i5-10400, however it is missing a graphics card and has a lesser wattage PSU, for a similar price(including the Keyboard and Mouse). Integrated Intel graphics can play games, but adding a graphics card will make the performance significantly better, so I recommend adding a GTX 970, 1060, 1650, or maybe go up a tier for the 980, 1070, 1650 Super, and 1660 Series to unlock more performance.
If that actually doesn't have an OS, you can build a computer with the same or very similar parts with a nicer 500W supply for less, but you wouldn't be gaming on this. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=6056f6d2-204a-4b15-9833-d8cbe0ff1186
Yeah, makes sense, but the graphics card and hard drive storage do let a sample build like that down.
