Hi,
I bought an LG 27GL850-B HDR Monitor for about $500. I've always thought it had HDR but never really tried using it. Today I finally tried it and found that the HDR looks awful. Upon further research (which I probably should've done before buying anything), I learned that my monitor has 'fake HDR'.
I did buy that two year warranty thing but I'm not sure it applies in this case. I wanted to know is it possible to trade in my monitor to get one with proper HDR. It is way past the 30 day return timeframe so am I just outta luck?
